Spring is the most underrated season on Tashmore. The shore starts turning green as early as March; by April the grounds of Breez stand in fresh leaves and the air smells of water and grass. No heat yet, no mosquitoes yet, no crowds yet — just sun, greenery and space.
This is the time of topchans and the first shashlik. The barbecue areas with firewood are working; bring your own groceries or order from the restaurant. A spring weekend on a topchan by the water is a family format: the kids run between the playground and the games room, and the adults are in no hurry at all.
Spring fishing is a story of its own: the fish are active, the shore is comfortable, the tackle is on site. For walks there is the whole waterfront and the pier: in April the water is still too cold for swimming, but you can watch it endlessly, especially at sunset.
The swimming season opens closer to summer, and the summer pool is getting ready too — the service cards on the site honestly show what is already working and what is waiting for the warmth. The sauna and billiards work all spring.
The May holidays are the peak days of spring: if you are planning a long weekend by the water, book topchans and rooms in advance by phone. On weekdays spring is especially free — you can pick the best spot right by the water.
Spring is short: between still cool and already hot the Tashkent region gets a month or six weeks. Catch Tashmore while it is green — few people see it that way, and it is the way most people remember it.
