Summer is the main season on Tashmore, and Breez lives it at full strength. The reservoir warms up, and you can swim straight from our pier: it is wide, concrete, with an easy way in — comfortable for adults and children, and no sand ends up in your shoes or your food.
If you want calmer, cleaner water, the summer pool is open, with sun loungers and umbrellas. Showers are next to it, and there is a sunbathing area. On a hot Tashkent day the difference is immediate: the air over the water is easier to breathe than in the city, and by evening a cool breeze comes off the reservoir.
A day by the water arranges itself. Topchans and gazebos stand right on the shore: you spread the kurpachas, order some tea and stop hurrying anywhere. Barbecue areas with firewood are on site; bring your own groceries or order from the restaurant — in summer guests most often go for shashlik, kazan kebab and baked trout.
On the water there are catamarans and boats, and motorboat rides. Life jackets come in every size, including sizes for children. For kids on shore there is a playground with slides and swings and an air-conditioned indoor games room: when the sun is at its peak, an hour or two in the cool helps a lot.
In the evening comes the thing people drive out here for: the sun sets straight into the water, and the sunset is visible from any topchan. Many come for a day, but in summer it is worth staying overnight — the rooms and cottages let you meet both the sunset and the sunrise on the shore.
If you are coming as a big group — for a birthday, a graduation or just a weekend with the whole team — call ahead: we will tell you which topchans stand side by side, and the gazebos will fit everyone. For two, a single topchan by the water is enough — the evening takes care of itself.
Summer weekends are the busiest time: book topchans and rooms in advance by phone.
